Cover Design for the Novel Serpent Rising

Nathan brown took care of most of the creative genius himself on today’s feature. He just needed a face that would work perfectly for what he had envisioned. In order to do that he scoured the masses of stock photos and illustrations available to him, and chose a stock photo of a woman at a spa, and then crafted it into the book cover for the novel Serpent Rising.

Shopping Bag for The Heeren Shops

When The Heeren Shops defined what they wanted their shopping bags to portray, they used these words: “Urban, Colourful, Hip, Trendy, Fashionable, Impact, Cool, Special, Unique, Style and Privileges.” What they got? Exactly that, and easily too. The in house designer chose a stock fun vibrant stock vector for the background, and viola Heeren had their shopping bags.

This is the design for the invitation for Hoofdzaak hair salon. The bird is a part of the wall design they made for the salon’s interior. The wood is the same wood they used on the floor in the interior. The green background is the fabric on the furniture in the salon. 7 pieces of stock photography and illustrations, and you’ve got a fab invitation.

Done as a spread-advertisement for Miracle Gro, designer John DeFeo combined a stock macro photo of grass, a stock rope photo, and then used his graphic design magic to add the words Welcome to create this welcoming Miracle Gro doormat.

This International film festival flier integrates a vector American flag into the background to create a flier promoting a documentary, Kano, about an American war veteran and his harem of women in the Philippines. Kano is short for Americano, which is what Filipinos commonly call Caucasians.
